Now for the Regular Tube. 3cm is all you need. Poke
your 2 holes on a strip of Foamcore.
Now rotate the piece making a half circle on your
clean piece of Foamcore. You need to make 2 of these. |

Once the 2 circles are drawn, just use your Xacto
blade to cut them out.
You now have 2 Half Moon shapes. |

Now cut your foamcore into a 15.5cm X 6cm rectangle.
This is your rear support. |

Hot glue the 2 half circle on each end of your rectangle.
Make sure the pieces are flush with either end.

You need a spine to keep the 2 circles from collapsing
so cut out another rectangle measuring 2cm X 14.5cm |

Take the spine and align it with the outer edges
of the circles and Hot glue it into place. |

In order to create the Tube we need a 15.5cm X 10.5cm
piece of Black Cardboard.
This is NOT a THICK cardboard like figure cardbacks
but a little thicker then paper. |

To make a smooth surface, start with a line of Hot
Glue ONLY on ONE side of the rear wall and gently
press the cardboard against the rectangle side. |

Wait till the Hot glue cools off and now you can
place more glue on the circle tops and opposite side
of the rectangle base. |

Wrap the cardboard around the half moon shapes and
end by slowly pressing against the rectangle edge
to get your decal support. |

Print out the Small Tube decal and cut out along
the edges. |

Use your Xacto blade to make a clean cut all around
the image. You only need ONE decal per Small Round
Wall Unit. |

Peel back the protective paper and attach the decal
along the base of one of the sides. Make sure it's
alligned proporly.
Now slowly use your fingers to press the decal onto
the cardboard backing. |

Now gently press the remaining of the sticker till
you reach the other side. You DON'T want air bubbles
to form here.
Your Small Round Wall Unit is now complete :) |

Here you can see how these accessories add detail
and movie accuracy to the set. The great thing also
is that they fit perfect within the "Grid System"
The Regular measures 1 Unit and the Big is 2 wide. |
