Here the Red lines show you how the TOP piece 45
degree angle matches the side pieces edges. |

No Hot Glue the other side piece to the TOP piece. |

You now have an object that looks like this. |
July 14, 2008
Now cut another rectangle 3cm X 2cm. |
July 14, 2008
Slice the ends off at a 45 degree angle. |
July 14, 2008
The sliced angled tips now are FLUSH with the side
pieces.
The red diagram shows you a profile of the piece
you just added. The blue lines show you the correct
angles that are a little hard to see in the photo. |

Now for a back piece.
Cut out a 3.5cm X 2cm rectangle. |
July 14, 2008
This should fit nicely into the barck of the object.
DO NOT PRESS all the way OUT. You want to stop just
as it gets FLUSH with the lower angles of the side
pieces. |

Your object will now fit nicely against the curved
cardboard.
Now repeat and make 3 more. |
July 14, 2008
The objects should be attached with Hot Glue at 12
- 3 - 6 and 9 o'clock like if you were looking at
a watch. |
July 14, 2008
Now for some tiny detailing.
I started by cutting a long rectangle xxcm wide by
10 or so cm. I then cut that into small little xxcm
pieces. |
July 14, 2008
Then I took each small tiny piece and slice it in
half sideways at an angle from one end to the opposite
end. |
July 14, 2008
This gave me a ton of little triangle like shapes. |
July 14, 2008
Attach each triangle to the Top and Bottom rings
of your exhaust pipe.
If we use the watch analogy again, then start with
the 12 - 3 - 6 and 9 positions, then place another
4 centered to those. |

No the exhaust needs a base, so I took this Toilet
Paper tube... |
