Ah, time for another accessory... Remember the Doorway
that hits the Stormtrooper on the head in the Red
room :)
I printed the Door Frame decal I created in Photoshop
and peeled and stuck it of the black foamcore. |

Here is our cut frame of our main Doorway. Aply a
2nd Decal to another piece of foamcore and repeat
the steps to create 2 Door Frames. |

You need thickness for the Door way. So 2 pieces
for the sides in similar size and a smaller piece
for the ceiling. |

The Hot Glue Gun does the trick to attach the Right
Wall to the Front Door Frame. |

Repeat for the other side. make sure, it's VERY important
that the pieces are flush with the frame so that the
Decals work as designed. |

The ceiling goes at the TOP of the archway, NOT the
top of the box. |

Remember to get the piece as flush as possible to
the Front Frame or you will have lumps in your Decals. |

The assembled Door Way minus the Floor. that comes
later... |
February 13, 2005
For now cut 4 pieces of Cardboard NOT foamcore. these
will create rounded corners for the Decals to rest
on. |
February 13, 2005
Use GlueStick on the back of the cardboard. make
sure to cover ALL outer edges. |
February 13, 2005
Now place along one of the Top corners. Don't press
into the corner until the ends are aligned with the
frame. |
February 13, 2005
See what a perfectly rounded corner you get? Much
easier then the foamcore bend technique.
Besides foamcore would be too thick. |
February 13, 2005
Now the cardboard acts as a rounded wall from front
to rear. Don't panic about the seems because they
will be hidden with the Decals. |
February 13, 2005
Now take the remaining cardboard rectangle. this
will be the Floor of the Doorway. |

Use a Gluestick (works better then hot glue for this
part) and smother the base of the foamcore floor. |
