Just cut out 5 strips of foamcore.

Using my trusty Hot Glue Gun, I attached the pieces together and cut out 2 identical pieces for the sides.

A quick base coat to hide the white, we are ready to apply the Photoshop decals.

I made the decals in photoshop and then printed them on gloss photo paper.

I used Gluestick to apply them to the foamcore base.

The plastic doodad on the left is an accessory from a Star Trek figure that looked like a keyboard. I just painted it in 2 tone grey and our console is complete.
